Dontay Gordon, a 17-year-old from the Bronx, New York, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on August 17, 2016. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. on College Avenue near East 170th Street in Claremont Village. Gordon and a 21-year-old friend were standing on the street when a passenger in a passing livery cab opened fire.
