On November 29, 2024, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Greenville Police Department responded to a report of a shooting victim at Delta Health Systems. Upon arrival, officers discovered that 27-year-old Sandra Kay Daniels had been fatally shot near the Alon gas station on Highway 82 East in Greenville, Mississippi. A male victim was also injured in the incident and received medical treatment.
