Jose Pascual Pachecano, age 8, was last seen on May 30, 2012, in Pontotoc, Mississippi. He, along with his brothers Diego (7) and Alexis (1), was allegedly abducted by their non-custodial father, Tomas Gutierrez Pachecano. A felony warrant for Tomas's arrest was issued on June 6, 2012, for kidnapping. Authorities believe that Tomas may have taken the children to Mexico, and they were possibly traveling in a blue 2006 Nissan Sentra with Mississippi plates.
