On the night of January 19, 2024, at approximately 11:40 p.m., 22-year-old Roberto Aguilar was found deceased in the driveway of his residence in the 100 block of Rebecca Drive in Willis, Texas. Responding to a 911 call reporting an assault with a firearm, deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and officers from the Willis Police Department discovered Aguilar with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
