During the confrontation, Oscar allegedly drew a firearm and shot Julio before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

Julio Martinez, born on October 13, 1992, in Conroe, Texas, was remembered as a devoted father and entrepreneur. He is survived by his sons, Julian Joel (JJ) and Damien Martinez; his parents, Julian and Irma Martinez; and his siblings, Suheily, Brenda, and Jazmin Martinez, among other family members and friends. Julio was the owner of Bully Boy Trap Camp, a business he established in 2020, reflecting his passion for animals and dedication to his work.
