Mark Anthony Guidry Jr., a 22-year-old male from Willis, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2017. Guidry and four of his friends went to the 11800 block of Megan Drive in Conroe, Texas, to allegedly purchase drugs from an 18-year-old named Joseph Gaige Blunt. During the transaction, a dispute arose, and Blunt shot Guidry in the head. Guidry's friends rushed him to Conroe Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
