On January 27, 2024, 53-year-old Steven Arnell Jordan was fatally shot outside a gas station on South Westmoreland Road in Dallas, Texas. Surveillance footage revealed that Jordan and 29-year-old Paul Crockett engaged in a heated argument inside the gas station shortly after 11:15 p.m. The confrontation escalated into a physical altercation, prompting Jordan to exit the store and walk away. Tragically, as he departed, Crockett followed and shot him, resulting in Jordan's death.
