On October 2, 2011, Lamar Johnson, age 29, was found fatally shot inside his vehicle on Peerless Avenue in Akron, Ohio. The incident occurred around 4:00 a.m., and Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. The Akron Police Department has been investigating the case, but so far, no suspects have been identified, and the homicide remains unsolved.
