On June 4, 2006, Damario Buford, aged 21, was shot and killed outside the Exotica Night Club located at 1221 S. Arlington Street in Akron, Ohio. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m., following an altercation. Damario was found by the Akron Police Department, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Despite the initial investigation, the case remains unsolved, and no suspects have been publicly identified.
