On October 24, 2018, Marco Clewis, a 40-year-old African American man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed at his home on Copeland Street. The incident occurred when a group of individuals drove by his residence and opened fire. Marco's older brother, Burnis Clewis, who was 51 years old, witnessed the shooting and attempted to chase the suspects in his car.
