On June 24, 2023, 23-year-old Marcellus DeWayne Alexander Jr. was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred on Grigsby Avenue in Old East Dallas, where Alexander sustained critical injuries from gunfire. Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
