Justin Wayne Thompson, a 30-year-old man, was fatally shot in the early hours of September 20, 2020, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred shortly before 3 a.m. at the Flamingo Apartments located at 3901 N. Hall Street, near Cedar Springs Road and Oak Lawn Avenue.
