On May 19, 2023, at approximately 3:34 p.m., Dallas Police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 2900 block of Lagow Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 31-year-old Stanley Eric Dunbar Jr., known affectionately as "Stanley B," suffering from a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue promptly transported him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
