Simmion Diya Dillard, a 41-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 3, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 1900 block of Singleton Boulevard in West Dallas. According to reports, Dillard had an altercation with an unknown individual shortly before the shooting.
