Andrew Harris, a 30-year-old Black man, was shot on the evening of October 16, 2025, in the 3900 block of Investor Drive in Dallas, Texas. Officers were dispatched around 7:50 p.m., and first responders rushed him to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
