On May 5, 2024, at approximately 2 a.m., 22-year-old Jonyai Lavaughn Napoleon and 28-year-old Aaron Montgomery were fatally shot in the parking lot of the Park North Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas. The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) responded to reports of gunfire at the location on Northwest Loop 410 near Blanco Road. Upon arrival, officers found both men with gunshot wounds; despite emergency medical efforts, they were pronounced dead at the scene.
