Javier Negrete, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was a member of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club in San Antonio, TX. He tragically passed away on October 20, 2001, outside a bar in San Antonio. His death was part of a larger conflict involving the Bandidos and other motorcycle clubs.
