Charles D. "Chop" Roundtree Jr., an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred when San Antonio Police Department Officer Steve Casanova responded to a call about an alleged assault at a residence on Roberts Street.
