In the summer of 2020, the life of 19-year-old Joshua Demetrius Robinson Jr. was tragically cut short in Charleston, South Carolina. On the night of Saturday, July 11th, Robinson was fatally wounded by gunfire in a wave of violence that swept across Charleston County. His death was one of several separate shooting incidents that marred that weekend, leaving another young man, Cassius Demetrius 'Kash' Jermaine Brown, also deceased in a different event.
