Thomas William Kramm, a 56-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on October 3, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred during a party at a condo complex on the Northwest Side of the city. According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office, Kramm suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and blunt force injuries to the head.
