Vincent Fisher, a 31-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2018. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on the West Side of San Antonio, where Fisher was fatally shot by Moises Morales, a 44-year-old man. According to the arrest affidavit, Morales executed Fisher with a 12-gauge shotgun while Fisher was reportedly "begging for his life". The witness at the scene described how Morales shot Fisher again in the head after the initial shots.
