John Edward Burton Jr., a 19-year-old male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2017. He was found shot to death on an East Side street in San Antonio. Burton was mourning the loss of his mother and was working towards earning his GED at the time of his death. His sense of humor and kind nature were remembered fondly by friends and family who mourned the loss of another young man on the East Side.
