Jon Travis Marburger, a 47-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, died on March 24, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. He was a U.S. Border Patrol agent assigned to the Del Rio Station and had served in that role for 21 years. Marburger was shot and killed at a La Quinta Inn in the Stone Oak area by his wife, Sherry Marburger, who was 47 years old.
