Joe Garcia, a 47-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on October 28, 2016. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred following a dispute over the ownership of a dog. Witnesses reported that the confrontation escalated quickly, leading to gunfire. Joe Garcia was shot multiple times and later succumbed to his injuries at the San Antonio Military Medical Center.
