Jesse Angel Cardenas, a 38-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Cardenas was riding his bicycle in the Tobin Hill neighborhood near downtown San Antonio when he was fatally shot in the head.
