Bobby Lee Carter Jr., a 14-year-old African American boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2020. He was killed alongside Robert Smith, 20, during an alleged drug deal. According to reports, two men approached their car, robbed them, and shot them. Bobby Lee Carter Jr. was trying to sell marijuana to Smith when the incident occurred.
