Luis Alejandro Castelar, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically passed away on March 29, 2021. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the torso. Castelar was handling a newly purchased AR-15 rifle when it accidentally discharged, striking him. The incident occurred at the Oaks of Northgate apartment complex in the 8000 block of Oakdell Way.
