On the night of February 13, 2015, police officers in Indianapolis, Indiana, were dispatched to the 1200 block of West 32nd Street following reports of a shooting. The call came in just before 9:00 p.m., drawing law enforcement to the near northwest side of the city. Upon their arrival at the scene, first responders discovered a body lying face down in the street.
