Christopher Michael Alderete, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. He was shot in the face by 23-year-old Fabian Jay Hernandez while Alderete was asleep in his car with his girlfriend. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in an alley on W. Ridgewood Court near Blanco Road. Hernandez approached the car and, after a brief exchange, shot Alderete in the face when he identified himself as "Icon".
