Deontre Lott, a 21-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on July 5, 2016. He was a passenger in a car when he was shot in the early morning hours. According to reports, Lott and his friends were at the Hays Food Market when an altercation occurred. Witnesses stated that Dwayne Anthony Kines, 20, became confrontational with Lott and his group, claiming they didn't belong in the neighborhood.
