DeAdrian Walker, a 13-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on September 2, 2020, from a gunshot wound to the chest. According to the San Antonio Police Department , Walker was playing with a handgun when it accidentally discharged. He was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
