Carlos Chapa, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. Carlos was a member of the Texas Mexican Mafia and held the rank of "General" within the organization. His death was part of a larger series of violent incidents involving the TMM.
