Armando Rodriguez, a 31-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2022. He was fatally shot while sitting in his car with his wife outside their home on the West Side of San Antonio. The couple was targeted by two men who emerged from a white truck and a silver vehicle and opened fire on them.
