On February 12, 2023, at approximately 12:10 a.m., 15-year-old Ted Dean "Teddy" Johnson Jr. was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Lucrezia, near his residence in far west Bexar County, San Antonio, Texas. Despite prompt medical attention, he was pronounced dead at University Hospital less than an hour later.
