Teddy was a freshman at Brennan High School, where he played as a cornerback on the football team, wearing jersey number 45.
He was known for his fun-loving nature, spending time with neighborhood friends, playing PlayStation 5 games, and working on a 2008 Honda Civic with his brother-in-law.
The Bexar County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into the shooting, reviewing surveillance footage that showed Teddy approaching a light-colored SUV and engaging in an exchange before multiple shots were fired from within the vehicle.
