Carlos Valdez, a 37-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on November 18, 2018. The incident occurred at Taqueria Estrella Jalisco, where Valdez confronted Francisco Velasquez, his girlfriend's new boyfriend. During the confrontation, Valdez punched Velasquez in the face, prompting Velasquez to pull out a gun and shoot Valdez in the torso.
