Sebastian Eduardo Vasquez Carpio, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on September 19, 2020. He was last seen going for a bike ride and was reported missing around midnight on the day of his death. His body was later discovered in a stolen vehicle that had been set on fire.
