On June 7, 2023, 29-year-old Patrick Ramirez Jr. of San Jose, California, was found with a gunshot wound near Dixie Road and Lanai Avenue around 8:20 p.m. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on July 7, 2023.
