Cesar Paguada, a 39-year-old resident of San Jose, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 5, 2017. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 1900 block of Story Road, a location near a popular shopping center. Responding officers found Paguada suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The shooting marked the 19th homicide in San Jose for that year.
