On October 21, 2024, in San Jose, California, 37-year-old Francisco David Padilla was fatally shot during a robbery. The incident occurred shortly after 11:55 p.m. on the 1000 block of Saratoga Avenue. Responding officers found Padilla unconscious and not breathing; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The San Jose Police Department's investigation identified four suspects involved in the robbery and shooting: 36-year-old Daniel Andino, his sons 19-year-old Jose Andino and a 17-year-ol ...
