Eric Pops Zarate, a 26-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2021. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and complex, involving a fatal shooting that took place in the vicinity of North San Pedro and West Hedding streets. On that fateful day, shots were reported around 1:50 p.m., and officers responding to the scene found Zarate suffering from gunshot wounds.
