Jaziel Ruiz-Garcia, a 23-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2018. He was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred near Plainfield and Braxton drives in San Jose. The incident was one of two separate shootings in the city that week, marking the 14th homicide of the year for San Jose.
