On the night of May 16, 2018, Emilio Salazar, a 21-year-old resident of San Jose, California, was tragically killed in a double shooting incident on Sierra Road. Emilio, along with his friend Jennifer Josie Martinez, 24, and another companion, had driven up the hillside to enjoy the scenic view and celebrate with some music and drinks.
