Fernando Andrade, a 29-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on August 19, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near Winchester Boulevard and Williamsburg Drive. According to reports, gunfire was reported around 12:25 a.m., and officers arrived at the scene to find Andrade and another man suffering from gunshot wounds.
