Rufino Banuelos Benitez, a 25-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on May 6, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours near the intersection of Story Road and Jackson Avenue. San Jose police responded to reports of a shooting around 12:10 a.m. and found Benitez suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
