Cruz Castro, an 18-year-old from Tracy, California, was tragically killed on the night of April 16, 2016, in San Jose. Castro was walking with friends near Lyndale and Story Road when a group of men emerged from a car and shot him. He was studying at the San Jose Job Corps Center, aspiring to become an electrician.
