Francisco Javier Diaz-Martinez, a 22-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2020. He was fatally shot in West San Jose, marking the city's 21st homicide of the year. The incident occurred on Williamsburg Drive, near Winchester Boulevard, around 7:20 p.m. Responding officers found Diaz-Martinez suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite being rushed to a hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
