Jacqui Amir Biggins, a 27-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on March 27, 2022. The incident occurred around 2:44 a.m. near San Jose State University, specifically in the area of South Fourth and East San Carlos streets. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Biggins with at least one gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of paramedics, Biggins was pronounced dead at the scene.
