Jacqui Amir Biggins, a 27-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on March 27, 2022. The incident occurred around 2:44 a.m. near San Jose State University, specifically in the area of South Fourth and East San Carlos streets.
