Jamal Wright, a 44-year-old resident of Redwood City, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on December 2, 2017, in San Jose, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:35 a.m., near East Santa Clara Street and North 25th Street. Responding officers from the San Jose Police Department found Wright suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
