David Escalera, a 22-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2014, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Gramercy Place, East San Jose, near Interstate Highway 680. According to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office, Escalera died from multiple gunshot wounds.
