Gregory Jabarr Scott, a 39-year-old man, was killed on April 15, 2026, after gunfire broke out at an apartment complex in southwest Charlotte, North Carolina. The shooting happened shortly before 7:30 p.m. in the 7200 block of Forest Point Boulevard, an area identified in reports as the Cedar Creek Apartments or the Residences at Cedar Creek, near Nations Ford Road and not far from West Arrowood Road and I-77.
